2023: Ondo Former lawmaker, Akindele Adeniyi, Organises Victory Party for Tinubu
Members of The South West Agenda for Asiwaju 2023, SWAGA’23 in Akure North local government Ondo state have held a special party to celebrate the emergence of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress.
The party was organised by a former member of the state house of assembly, Akindele Adeniyi and was attended by leaders of SWAGA across the state.
Despite the downpour, venue of the event was flooded by members of SWAGA and APC Chieftains.
Addressing the gathering, Adeniyi said the party was organised to appreciate God for Tinubu’s victory at the primary election.
He stressed the need to embark on grassroots mobilization to ensure that Tinubu wins the Presidential election.
He said, “We are happy to celebrate Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s victory at the APC primary election. His victory has brought to us. We are confident that he is going to win the election.
“He has the capacity to turn Nigeria around. He has done it before in Lagos. He will surely do it again if he is given the chance to govern Nigeria’.
Director-General of Tinubu Campaigns in Ondo State, Ifedayo Abegunde said that various Tinubu support groups must be united to ensure former Lagos state Governor’s victory in the 2023 presidential election.
He stresed the need for members of the group to embark on door to door aggressive campaign at the unit level
“All Tinubu support groups must work together for his success at the poll. We must come together to ensure he wins the presidential election”, Abegunde added.
